How they have 4 starts is out if my understanding!
Ordered loads of clothes as a first time buyer and it will be my last i will also make sure my 20K followers on social never buy from them either.
Horrible customer service if you can call it even that! Sending you canned responses without even reading your messages or properly addressing your problems.
I ordered on Saturday, got the clothes today (Sunday), and returned it all. I spent more time looking for a place to return them than having the actual clothes on me.
The worst brand ever created!
Cant wait to get all my money back and never hear from them again!
I would not wear their crap even if they paid it for it!
What you can do is make sure my money is refunded ASAP you should have received it by now. Once this is done I never want to hear from you again.
I had a slight issue with the order placed and Klaudia was very helpful, fast at getting back to me, very polite and apologetic and definitely has not put me off using boohoo in the future. I really appreciate your help Klaudia can not thank you enough!
Bought a sale item, expecting to receive what I'd seen in the photos. After receiving the top, the material was thin, even see through. The insides of the top had loose seams scattered, and it felt like an unfinished garment. The inside needs lining to hide all the awful embroidery. The buttons also were light and cheaply made.

Awful quality
After wearing twice started bubbling and significant signs wear.
Customer service said normal no refund .
They say natural wear and tear? Where is the wear and tear after 2 bus journeys to supermarket so worn for 3 hrs...
fabric is lower quality than expected.. but good prices

Legit company with scam morals. Or just a lack of morals. Probably don't care where their products come from etc as long as they make profit.

Shocking, world's worst customer service. They don't know their products and they don't know how to follow an email thread.

Yes alot better is out there. If possible get out on your high street and browse. At least you know what your getting and when you return an item they can sort it there and then for you.
